Microprinting Workshop 2024

‘Emerging Trends in Microprinting: Materials, Methods, and Applications’

The first Microprinting Workshop took place in Bad Schandau near Dresden from 18 to 20 March 2024. In cooperation with the IFW Dresden and the Fraunhofer IWS, OES offered 50 participants from 10 countries a platform to discuss challenges and perspectives in microprinting. With 23 talks and 6 poster presentations, the workshop was a great success.

Three days full of insightful presentations, interactive discussions and stimulating networking opportunities were able to inspire the participants and equip them with the latest knowledge and contacts for their work. A special highlight was a guided hike through the breathtaking Saxon Switzerland National Park, which offered a perfect blend of nature and science.
