6th Correlative Materials Characterization Workshop
The CMC 2026 workshop will bring together communities from Materials, Electronics, Life and Computer Science, to discuss and explore topics of common interests. The scope of the event includes all relevant techniques used for correlative characterization. The main focus will be on Light Microscopy, Electron Microscopy, X-ray Microscopy and Atomic Force Microscopy.
Between 80 and 100 participants from the research and industrial sectors are expected to attend, as well as practitioners and attendees of the ‚European School for Young Materials Scientists‘, which is holding a side event in Dresden on 23 and 24 November 2026.
