Tasks:
- Your field is the production of OLED devices on industrial scale
- You are responsible for the establishment and operation of a high yield production process of OLEDs lighting and displays
- You are responsible for finding the right production parameters and choosing the right materials to realize your goals
- You will identify issues and challenges in the process and develop solutions how to counter this issues
- You will operate, set-up and maintenance OLED equipment
- You will organize your work yourself, keep neat reporting and make SOPs
Requirements:
- At best you have proven experience (at 2 years) in the industrial production of OLED lighting or displays, ideally with Ink-Jet processes and large evaporation tools
- Ideally you have scaled up production processes in the past and know common challenges and solutions to it
- You have vast experience with printed OLED materials and produced or overseen the production of multiple OLED device stacks
- You are well aware of all the potential degrees of freedom and parameters that can be tweaked during OLED production and are familiar with the interdependencies to achieve the desired outcome
- Experience with De-Mura, shadowing, pinholes, black spots effects
- Experience working with and maintaining complex electromechanical systems
- Ability to dive into leading-edge and highly innovative printing technology and quickly understand mechanical systems, complex software, and processes
- Self-motivated and creative/innovative
- Data-driven with strong documentation, data analysis, reporting, and communication skills
- Good organization and time management skills
- Strong team player
