Your Tasks:

  • Electronics development
  • Development of sensors and control technology
  • Identification and coordination of suppliers
  • Overall product development of smart packaging and smart surfaces
  • Manufacturing of assemblies for prototyping and scaling of these assemblies with suppliers and part-ners worldwide

Your Skills:

  • Your field is the production of OLED devices utilizing different methods like ink jet printing printing and thermal evaporation
  • You are responsible for the establishment and operation of a high yield production process of OLEDs lighting and displays
  • You are responsible for finding the right production parameters and choosing the right materials to realize your goals
  • You will identify issues and challenges in the process and develop solutions how to counter this issues
  • You will operate ink-jet printing equipment and instruct or supervise team members to do so
  • You will operate thermal evaporation systems on industrial scale and/or supervise team members to do so

Requirements:

  • At best you have proven experience (at 2 years) in the industrial production of OLED lighting or displays, ideally with printing processes
  • Ideally you have scaled up production processes in the past and know common challenges and solutions to it
  • You have vast experience with printed OLED materials and produced or overseen the production of multiple OLED device stacks
  • You are well aware of all the potential degrees of freedom and parameters that can be tweaked during OLED production and are familiar with the interdependencies to achieve the desired outcome
  • Experience with De-Mura compensation effects
  • Experience working with and maintaining complex electro-mechanical systems
  • Ability to dive into leading-edge and highly innovative printing technology and quickly understand mechanical systems, complex software, and processes
  • Experience in setting-up and operating vacuum equipment for OLED production and all necessary parameters to achieve industry required OLED parameters
  • Self-motivated and creative/innovative
  • Data-driven with strong documentation, data analysis, reporting, and communication skills
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Strong team player
