We are looking for a Sales Manager to manage the Northern Germany territory.

As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Working to develop a sales strategy together with Area Sales Manager to identify, target and secure new OEM’s and customers in the target market segments and applications
  • Support and grow a profitable sales territory by building and maintaining strong customer relations
  • Drive the business forward by providing customers with “high level” assistance through advanced selling skills, commercial, value-added engineering, and supply chain management knowledge
  • Respond to customer requests for quotation, technical support, customer service etc. by effectively utilising resources available
  • To actively identify areas of new business and potential customers within the territory and researching fresh business and market opportunities
  • To be fully conversant with products and keep up to date with new technological developments
  • Responsible for the completion and submission of any tenders within your territory
  • Other Duties as assigned

  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Have a positive attitude and be able to maintain professional, high-quality working relationships with all members of the company globally and regardless of background or role.
  • You excel at driving projects forward and confident in making strategic business decisions
  • Are committed to domestic and international travel to our various offices and key customers
  • You have prior experience using a global CRM system
  • Have the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment while paying very close attention to detail.
  • Have advanced MS Office knowledge and demonstrated prior use
  • Have knowledge of the vacuum technology industry
