In order to support the growth of the company we are searching for a Mechanical Engineer.

Your Tasks:

  • Your field is the realization of machinery based on established processes
  • You are responsible for the design, part procurement and/or part manufacturing, assembly, installation and setup of equipment and machinery used for our OLED manufacturing processes.
  • You are responsible for optimizing current equipment and machinery used in our production lines
  • You will identify issues and challenges in the process and develop solutions how to counter those issues
  • You will be responsible to establish work plans for maintenance and execute them


  • At best you have 2 years of experience with full workflows from design to realization of mechanical equipment and production machinery that is used in the semiconductor industry
  • Ideally you have scaled up and automated production processes in the past and know common challenges and solutions to it
  • Ideally you have proven experience in the industrial euiqpment, machinery and/or production of OLED lighting or displays
  • Experience in designing, procuring and maintaining equipment and machinery
  • Ability to dive into leading-edge and highly innovative technology and manufacturing processes
  • Preferably experienced in setting up and operating equipment for OLED production
  • Self-motivated and creative/innovative
  • Data-driven with strong documentation, data analysis, reporting, and communication skills
  • Good organization and time management skills
  • Strong team player
