FHR is special. We develop and manufacture vacuum systems for the production of a wide variety of surfaces. Many clever minds work together for this – process engineers, designers, mechanics, electricians, software engineers, business economists … in total, we have around 200 employees who are involved in the creation of our systems and consumables.

Your Tasks:

  • Overall responsible for coordinating the international business processes of FHR.
  • Promote exchange and collaboration between FHR, VMET, VFNA and the VITAL Group and creating a cohesive work environment meaning to drive the communication with VITAL and all sister companies and communicating with all stakeholders for smooth operations.
  • Key player of networking and alignment of global leadership team as a primary point of international contact at FHR.
  • Supporting of defining and managing projects ensuring efficient execution also by addressing challenges and bottlenecks.
  • Ensuring accurate records involving budget controlling and tracking activities.
  • Overlooking budget and financial reports.
  • Supporting compliance topics with legal and ethical standards.
  • Responsibility for International Business Coordination employees.

Your Know How:

  • Completed studies of economics or technical qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in a relevant role with an international setting
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Fluency in languages like german, chinese and english as a MUST
  • Intercultural competence german & chinese
  • Strong teamworker & communicator in all mentioned languages
  • Strong in implementation & execution
  • Working in a structured way, also when workload will be high
